I took this photo on my last morning in Antigua just as the clouds had finally lifted. Finally, I got the view I had been waiting for! Now if only that wire wasn’t in the way!
Greetings from Antigua…wish you were here! Photo taken of the main walking street in Antigua with Volcán de Agua looming in the distance. The morning that I left Antigua I was rewarded with a clear day. Finally I was able to see the pointed tops of all three of Antigua’s surrounding volcanoes. I don’t believe in strange omens, but was it a sign that I saw Fuego erupt right as we were pulling out of town?
