Kayaking under the pink-orange sky
by thirdeyemom
I took this photo last weekend while visiting a friends cabin in Northern Minnesota. Floating peacefully across the still waters of the lake, listening to the distant cry of a loon. What on earth could be more serendipitous than taking out a kayak as the sun sets across a deserted lake in the heart of summer? I could have drifted there forever, forgetting all my worries and embracing the spectacular beauty of Mother Nature. What a beautiful world we have!
