Its been awhile since I’ve written in here. It is not that I don’t have anything to say it is that time has escaped me. Today, I’m back to give you a treat. The clouds above the Condoriri Valley of the High Andes in Bolivia. A place that I will never forget.

Leaving Montana, where Spring has yet to arrive, I was captured by the beauty and starkness of the pale plains against the backdrop of the snow-capped rugged mountains.

It is raining today and very dreary, a cross between rain and snow! I needed a little pick me up so searched my photos and found this one taken in August hiking the Tour de la Vanoise. Hope it brightens your day!

I never took much notice of them due to my shaded face but felt they would be a great representation of this week’s Photo Challenge: Silhouette.
