Lovely Port Douglas

Greetings from Port Douglas….wish you were here! Photo taken in December 2003 in Port Douglas, Australia. During a two-week trip I ventured north to the Cairns and Port Douglas, Australia home to the Great Barrier Reef and lovely Daintree National Park. I loved this part of Australia filled with its tropical rainforest, flowers, gardens, beaches and of course the reef. There were stretches of uninhabited coastlines like the one pictured above.

Flying a heli over the Great Barrier Reef

Nothing on earth beats a visit above and below the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.
