Patagonia is a place of mystique. So far away from anywhere I’ve ever been. At the edge of the earth. That is how I felt when I arrived in Los Glaciares National Park in Argentina. In the middle of nowhere. Yet it never felt better.

This photo was taken in November 2009 during a hike in Los Glaciares National Park, Argentina. There is something spectacular about walking through a fragrant Patagonian forest and spying a brilliant glacier through the darkness of the woods.
