Greetings from Washington DC… Wish you were here! I saw this beautiful church right outside my friend’s apartment in DC at the corner of 17th and Shepherd. It was so sensationally gorgeous that I had to take a few pictures. What a hidden treasure!

Enjoying spending some family time on California’s gloriously rugged northern coast. Began in Marin County, hit Sonoma and Muir Woods and now down in Monterey where we wake up to seals and sea lions. The mystical fog is always blanketing our souls here.

This was one of the first hikes we did on the Tour de Mont Blanc trail. It was outside of Courmayeur in Italy and the views of the snow capped Alps and glaciers were stunning. The weather also could not have been more perfect. Oh I love the mountains! ⛰⛰⛰⛰

This is my favorite view of all—- the one I missed but my dad found when he inadvertently took the wrong trail on our hike to Lac Blanc. He had seen this view on his screensaver months before and showed me. I instantly fell in love with the view of Mount Blanc reflected on the lake. I knew I had to hike there and we did. What a gift this trip was to do with my dad and my teenage son. Family love and memories are priceless.

A view like this needs no filter. Taken today with my iPhone on amazing trek to Lac Blanc on the Grand Balcon with views of all the glaciers overlooking Mont Blanc and Chamonix. Last day but so many incredible photos and stories to share. The mountains will always call. ⛰ #lacblanc #chamonix #tourdemontblanc
