Although I didn’t have much free time to explore the Big Apple and its wonderful array of window eye candy, I did manage to get a few hours walking around Midtown while I was there. As I was wandering, I came across a crowd standing outside a shop window. I looked inside and there before my eyes was a bakery chef creating this delicious, mouth-watering masterpiece. I went inside and asked him how he dealt with the crowd and the fame. He winked and said he zoned it out. If only I could dive into this giant whipped cream and chocolate cookie cake!
