A dusting of snow in the Andes

“Every mountain top is within reach if you just keep climbing.”
― Barry Finlay, Kilimanjaro and Beyond

Photo taken in Los Glaciares National Park, Argentina. 2009.

It was cold that morning as we rose for day three of our hike in the midst of nowhere. It had lightly snowed the night before leaving behind footprints from the Heavens above. Despite the fatigue, to be at one with nature doing what I love best, was sensational. Oh, Patagonia, how your heart calls to me…..

  1. This photo is stunning; the quote you’ve attached to it is inspiring! This was just what I needed this morning. On the verge of tears at the beauty. All of your photos are beautiful, this one is remarkable (hence my remarks…). Thanks for the work you put into the blog, I appreciate you.

    • Wow, I’m so honored that you enjoyed my photo and quote! I am someone who is constantly searching for inspiration and to know that someone else enjoyed my post makes me smile. 🙂 Yes, blogging (especially keeping two blogs) is a lot of work, unpaid of course. But I love it so much! Worth the effort indeed! 🙂

Comments always welcome and appreciated!
