Greetings from Paris…wish you were here!
Photo taken from the escalator rising along the windows alongside the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, France.
Living in Paris at the young, impressionable age of 21 was dream come true for me. I loved every minute of it despite some of the annoying nuisances of life in a huge, cosmopolitan city.
A favorite place to hang out was always Les Halles and the square around the Centre Georges Pompidou. I found the architecture so intriguing in such an old city. I love this strange photo I took through the glass of the city below. It reminds me of the electricity of Paris and how old and new are all wrapped together like the perfect gift.
