Alpine Waterfall

If only it had been sunny. Yet still I think the mist added some mystic to the photo. This was taken in Vanoise National Park, France in August.

Sure sunshine adds a beautiful glow, but hey – I reckon that mist clinging to the edges of the forest makes it moody, and even a little spooky.

  France is wonderful! I was a French major and was lucky to live there twice back in 1990s. I love the food, culture and diverse landscape especially the mountains! Definitely worth a visit!
